Photographer, Business Coach, and Online Strategist for the small towner who is ready to take their brand to the next level.
years in the storytelling biz
I shot two weddings in the Fall of 2009 and by the end of 2010, I had over thirty weddings under my belt with over 25 on the calendar for 2011. Here I am fifteen years later and still love this "job" just as much as I did on day one. I've since went from spending my Saturday's documenting love, to spending them cheering on my kids from the stands, but I'll cherish each story told at the many weddings I photographed over the years. My mission has always been to provide high end photography on a budget and I now do that locally as I still photography a select amount of families and kids each year.
But my passion is really in storytelling and helping small businesses build a brand like I have done the last 15 years.

It was the Summer of 2008 and I had just married my high school sweetheart. After returning home from our honeymoon, I was let go from my job. It took a few days of tears to realize that losing my job actually gave me the opportunity to dig deep and figure out what I wanted to do with my life. I had started thinking about how hard it was to find a photographer for our wedding that not only fit the style I wanted, but also be in my budget. I started playing around with the idea of maybe starting a photography business. After photographing my cousins senior photos with my Sony point and shoot, I knew that THIS was what I was meant to do. My husband, who had also recently lost his job 100% believed in me and my dream. So with one of his first paychecks from his new job, he purchased me a brand new Nikon D60. She was a beaut and together we turned a nightmare into a dream.

Smalltowns. I could walk around in one stop light towns all day and leave so inspired.
Chocolate. Cheese. Food in general. Invite me out to eat and we will be besties forever!
Music. Country, Rap, Rock and Roll, I listen to it all. Especially if it's from the 90's.
Graphic Tee's and Hats. You will rarely catch me wearing something else. I live for comfort and expressing myself with my style.
